Situated in Figline Valdarno near the train station, The Panaroma Residence is only 20 minutes away from Florence or Arezzo historical centre, easily reachable also by train. The Residence is surrounded by a private square and consists of 18 newly build marble lined apartments, equipped to the highest standard for the comfort of the clients. Different sized apartments suit your requirements. Enjoy the view of the Tuscan Hills and the Pratomagno Mountains.

The Residence consists of:

All the apartments have a single or double sofa bed in the lounge, with fully equipped kitchen,with fridge, electric cooking, utensils and cutlery. All of the apartments have satellite TV, and individually controllable central heating.
The private balconies vary from 36 square feet to 630 square feet, according to the apartments. The first floor is 10 yards high of the ground, giving extra privacy and panoramic views from the private terraces of each apartment.
The main post office, supermarket, shops and boutiques, bars and typical restaurants, bank and car rent are all within walking distance. The train station is within a very short walking distance.
All the flats have private bathroom with box-shower, hair-dryer, bath linen and toilette accessories. All the flats are provided with bedroom and bathroom linen and every 3 days we make the cleaning and the change of the linen. At disposal of the clients, is supplied a laundry-room fully equipped with washing machine, drying machine, ironing board, iron. Self services free of charge. At disposal of the clients a large underground garage with direct access by lift to the floors.

Cancellations

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.
